BOOKING CONDITIONS.

1. The party shall be EXACTLY as stated on the booking application form, unless permission for alteration has been given by us in writing.

2. The accommodation shall only be used by the persons listed on this application form. We do not accept single sex groups.

3. Cancellations will be considered if submitted by recorded delivery. Refunds may be made at our discretion but then only if applications are received at least six weeks before the date of your scheduled arrival.

4. A deposit of 25% is required on booking. The balance must be paid without a reminder being sent by us at least fourteen days before the booking commences. No booking is finalised until full payment has been received and a receipt issued.

5. The person making the booking must have reached the age of twenty-one and accompany the party.

6. Apartments are available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

7. Chy an Egos Ltd accept no liability for any injury sustained or loss or damage to any property brought onto the premises.

8. The total number of people permitted in each apartment is clearly stated in the description of the apartments and cannot be altered.
